SGA Executive Council Welcomes Sean Brett, Collegiate Sports

Toccoa Falls College’s Student Government Association has added rising senior Sean Brett to the 2023-2024 Executive Council roster in the position of Collegiate Sports Chair.

Brett has a love for sports and TFC’s athletics program. Over the past few years, Brett has enjoyed watching the athletic program flourish. This passion encouraged him to apply for the SGA position. 

The collegiate sports committee supports the college’s athletic program and encourages the student body to be engaging and supportive of their student-athlete peers. They are also responsible for staying up to date on current schedules, events, and fundraisers within the athletic program.

Brett currently serves on the committee under Caleb Henzmann, a graduating senior who has held this position for the past two years.

“I was excited when I received the news about the SGA position,” Brett said. “It allows me to work on a great team and try to make a difference here at TFC.”

Brett is looking forward to leading Regional Championship trips and various theme nights at sporting events. He is also planning to host different types of tournaments, like Spikeball, in which the student body can sign up and participate.
