Explore TFC
Last Monday (10/9) was not a typical day here at Toccoa Falls College as fresh faces graced the sidewalks, classrooms, and dining hall. TFC's amazing admissions department hosted an entire day focused on allowing perspective students to explore our beautiful campus and see a glimpse of what life is like here at TFC.
This day was no standard college campus visit. Prospective students encountered the close-knit community and deep excitement for God’s work that current students experience on a daily basis.
The day started off in Gate Cottage where students and their parents engaged in a time of community worship. Students were then able to sit in on classes based on their unique interests. Next, there was a Q & A event led by a panel of full-time admissions counselors and SGA (Student Government Association) officials. At noon they had the opportunity to eat lunch with current students in the dining hall. The day ended with a hike to waterfall, Little Falls, on campus where students could experience a bit of Toccoa Falls College's natural beauty.
Explore TFC Day was an exciting day where curious perspective students were met on campus with warm smiles, eager listeners, and the opportunity for an authentic day of exploration. If you are a current high school student, be sure to sign up for next year's Explore TFC Day, you will not want to miss this unique opportunity!
