Theatrical Society’s Rehearsals Underway
Rehearsals for the Theatrical Society’s Fall 2019 production are underway! Kate Schoolcraft and alumnus Bekah Calderwood are directing an adaptation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. The cast, ranging from Dual Enrollment students to TFC alumni, is hard at work, finding personal touches for their respective characters.
Directors and cast members are meeting three nights per week in preparation for their performances this November. The Theatrical Society is committed to achieving excellence in their performances, bringing glory to God, and serving the TFC community through theater.
Cast member and Sophomore Abigail “B” Petersen says, “Preparing for this play has been such a great experience for fellowship. Getting to know people from different circles of life or even ages has been such a great time….this is such a tight knit cast who are always there for each other.”
Preparations will continue over the following weeks until the production takes place. Performances are planned to be held in Grace Chapel on November 8th, 9th, and 10th. If you have any questions, look for a cast member, director, or senior manager Alison Lamb, who would be happy to tell you more!
